1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here's our cancellation policy based on when you notify us:
Full Refund (100%)
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date
- Full advance payment will be refunded within 5-7 business days
Partial Refund (50%)
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event date
- 50% of the advance payment will be refunded
- Materials already prepared for your event cannot be refunded
No Refund
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event
- No-shows on the event day
- Cancellations after our team has reached the venue
2. Rescheduling Policy
We offer flexible rescheduling options:
- Free rescheduling: Available up to 5 days before the event
- βΉ500 rescheduling fee: For changes made 2-4 days before the event
- Not available: Rescheduling within 48 hours of the event
- Subject to availability on the new date
3. Weather-Related Cancellations
For outdoor events affected by severe weather:
- We offer free rescheduling to another date
- Or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible
- Must be notified at least 6 hours before the scheduled setup time
4. Service Issues or Defects
If there are issues with the decoration quality or service:
- Notify us immediately via WhatsApp with photos
- We will send our team to fix the issue within 2 hours
- If unable to resolve, we offer a partial or full refund depending on the severity
- Claims must be made within 24 hours of the event
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Custom name boards, banners, or personalized items
- Special-order balloons or imported decorations
- Additional services like photography or cleanup
- Delivery charges
6. How to Request a Refund
To cancel your booking and request a refund:

- State the reason for cancellation
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
